Conquer our Warped Walls and obstacles in our Ninja Warrior program! This class is about helping students gain strength and agility in the most fun way possible. Students will spend a third of their time learning flips and tricks, a third of their time working on conditioning to help with the course, and a third of their time training obstacles and improving their course times! They will also compete in Ninja Meets 5 times through out the calendar year. This class is co-ed and open to students.
